Examplars provides automated domain name valuations using heuristics, comparable sales, and optional AI input. Estimates are informational only and do not guarantee an actual sale price.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to harass, scrape, overwhelm, or abuse the platform. We may rate-limit or block usage that violates these terms or harms service reliability.
3. Intellectual property
You retain rights to the domain names you submit. Examplars retains rights to the valuation report format, algorithms, and aggregated data derived from your use.
4. Limitation of liability
Examplars is not liable for any financial loss or decisions made based on an appraisal. All valuations should be verified independently before any transaction.
5. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
